  Very unimpressed with this vendor. They installed windows a year and a half ago. The windows now have substantial fog between the panes.
  Telephoned them to see how we were going to handle the replacement - were told they would get back to us. Since they never got back to us, I called them the next day. He said they would get back to us. When I asked when I should expect the call, he said, "WHEN I GET AROUND TO IT"
  
  -Mind you, this was not the result of my being snippy or rude to him... Either he was having a rough day or more likely, this is the type of person he is.
  
  The upshot - If you hire them and they botch the job or install faulty windows - good luck ever getting it resolved.
  
  ... and we're still waiting for him to "get around" to calling us back.
