  I called the pet street veterinary clinic on 11/10/2017, I no longer go to the Pet street because of poor customer service. I stopped going in September of this year. However, before I left I had to sign a waiver for Max RX that Dr. Williams wrote a RX for his allergies.. In September of this year I had Max (Lab) there for a check of skin issues. At this time Dr. Williams gave me a RX for 100 tabs that I could use, while I looked for another Dr.
  I called yesterday and had a rude office person indicated that I would have to come back, sign a waiver, and then the RX is no good. Max needs his
  yearly exam in December 2017. The online RX had faxed to the Pet street
  a confirmation of the RX to get it from the doctor. They refused to contact them back. HORRIBLE customer service. The RX is good for one year from the RX company on line. I had to mail it in, taking longer for the RX that Max is out of. I would NEVER NEVER take my animals there again...
  If fact in December I will be bring max to our new vet... Oz is already with new vet. I was upset to think he gave an RX, and now after September 100 tabs from Dr. Williams, in which I purchased there at the office for $184.00....all of a sudden the RX is no good that he wrote to me.... for Max. i was not going to sign a wavier TWICE. It is not my fault they lost the waiver Incompetence on the part of the vet office.... Jacqueline Mignone ...
