  Awful experience. Attempted to repair pool motor, stating the belt needed to be replaced, then reported that the motor needed to be replaced entirely. Once installed they stated that the electrical supply was broken at some point. When asked how the electric supply was compromised, they stated that "ants musta' climbed 'ight up therr" during the two days it took them to replace the motor. No clarification was given as to how they knew it was a belt issue, since there was no electric supply to run the motor and check in the first place.
  
  I'll update when I find an actual professional to resolve the issue.
