  I just got off the phone with Mierel and, as usual, she was super efficient in getting me a copy of our insurance (which I had misplaced earlier). Honestly, I don't know how she can be so quick--and accurate! Thank you, Mierel, for being so quick, professional, and always cheerful! We;ve been with First Florida for three years and enjoy the excellent and responsive customer service you and Mike provide. Keep it up! :-)
