  This salon used to be a great place to stop in and receive excellent service, unfortunately I stopped in on my lunch break I only asked for a gel manicure, the nail tech started off nice until her appointment came in that's when it went down hill she started rushing on my nails not paying attention to detail which really ticked me off, the service was incomplete the receptionist was so unprofessional she didn't even try to hear me out at all so there was another nail tech that was working who came to the receptionist area and looked at my nails she started filing on them trying to fix the problem but before I left she said she saw nothing wrong with my nails ,if nothing was wrong why are you filing them. I will never recommend this nail salon to any other person I know HIGH UNSATISFIED!!!!!!!!!!!!

  This place has a very nice setting. Unfortunately, their skills with acrylic and shaping aren't that great. I went to get a broken nail fixed (I had previously gotten a fill about 3 days before from this same place) and the nail that the lady replaced was far too short and not shaped like the others. In addition to the terrible fix, the lady attempted to file the nail so hard that she ended up filing my skin and now it is raw and hurts very badly. I reported the terrible service and they persisted to charge $5 for not correctly fixing the broken nail. I had no problem paying, I just feel that the service should have been worth paying for and it wasn't. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
