  Matt. Why do I have to take this somewhere a second time. You didn't know I might end up without altogether? I might give up after 5 minutes, does that make me less a geek? All you techies think you're in a position to look down on others. That's how you miss out on opportunities.

  I called on the phone to ask about repairing my IPAD. I talked to a very nice man who said that he would not recommend repairing it. He said to go buy a new one. They don't sell IPADs. So that was just pure niceness.
  
  It is nice to know where there is an honest repairman.
